How to fix it

  1. Update your Folia server JAR to the latest available build, as PaperMC patched the `/time set` synchronization bug in newer 1.21.4+ builds and replaced the villager daytime check in 26.1+.
  2. If a player is stuck or cannot log back into the server after entering a Nether portal in a boat with a villager, restart the Folia server to clear the broken async teleport state.
  3. On Folia 1.21.11 builds where the villager portal bug is still present, avoid sending villagers through Nether portals or switch the server JAR to standard Paper if cross-dimension villager transport is required.
