How to fix it

  1. Update Sodium to the latest available release for your Minecraft version from Modrinth or CurseForge, where this UI scrollbar bug has been addressed.
  2. Update companion mods that add pages to Sodium's Video Settings menu, such as Iris Shaders, Sodium Extra, or Reese's Sodium Options.
