How to fix it

  1. Update both Voxy and your shader pack (for example, Solas Shaders) to their latest versions for your Minecraft release, as newer builds often fix malformed Voxy patch files.
  2. If no update is available and you want to use that specific shader pack immediately, close Minecraft and remove the Voxy `.jar` file (e.g., `voxy-*.jar`) from your `.minecraft/mods` folder.
  3. Alternatively, keep Voxy installed and switch to a different Voxy-compatible shader pack in Options -> Video Settings -> Shader Packs.
