How to fix it
- Open your crash report and find the `Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError` section; look at the very next `at ...` line to identify the offending add-on (commonly `extracells` for ExtraCells 2 or `andrew.powersuits` for Modular Powersuits Addons).
- Check which revision of Applied Energistics 2 you have installed in your `mods` folder (e.g., rv2 or rv3).
- Download and install an updated version of the offending add-on that explicitly supports your AE2 revision (for example, update ExtraCells 2 to an rv2/rv3 build, or replace unmaintained Modular Powersuits Addons with a compatible fork).
- If no updated version of the add-on exists, either remove that add-on from your `mods` folder or downgrade Applied Energistics 2 and its other add-ons back to rv1.
