How to fix it

1. Update the Create mod to version 0.5.1 or newer for your Minecraft version, which filters out special dynamic recipes and fixes the slot bounds check in JEI.
2. Update JEI (Just Enough Items) and EnderStorage (or other mods adding dyeable storage items) to their latest compatible releases.
3. If you are on a locked modpack with Create 0.5.0 and cannot update mods, avoid clicking the Mechanical Crafting tab in JEI when looking up Ender Chest, Ender Tank, or Ender Pouch recipes—use the regular Crafting Table tab instead.
