How to fix it

  1. If this happens when right-clicking a Crafter block on Spigot 1.21.4, update your Spigot build via BuildTools or switch your server jar to Paper, which does not have this bug.
  2. Check the console log directly above the error for `Could not pass event InventoryClickEvent` or `InventoryCloseEvent` to see which plugins are reacting to the untitled menu.
  3. Update your GUI, crate, or minigame plugins to their latest versions, as older plugins using NMS (internal server code) often open inventories directly without setting a title.
  4. If you are a plugin developer experiencing this, ensure you pass a valid title when creating inventories via the Bukkit API, or check `InventoryType` before calling `getView().getTitle()` on player inventories.
