How to fix it

  1. Open your Minecraft `mods` folder and check the exact file names and versions of Sodium, Indium, and Iris.
  2. If you are using an older all-in-one Iris+Sodium JAR, delete it and download separate, up-to-date standalone JARs for Iris and Sodium for your Minecraft version.
