How to fix it

  1. Open your Minecraft `mods` folder and update Iris Explorer to its latest release from Modrinth, which fixed this private field access issue.
  2. If no compatible update is available or you are using a modern version of Iris, delete the Iris Explorer `.jar` file from your `mods` folder completely, as Iris now has its own built-in shader selection menu.
  3. Launch Minecraft and configure your shaders using Iris's native menu under Options > Video Settings > Shader Packs.
