How to fix it

  1. Update Iris Shaders (or Oculus on Forge/NeoForge) to version 1.7.0 or the latest available release for your Minecraft version.
  2. Update Sodium (or Embeddium) at the same time, as newer versions of Iris require a matching updated rendering mod.
  3. Update the mod mentioned on the first line below the error in your crash report (for example, Moonlight Lib) to its latest version for your game version.
  4. Remove the old mod .jar files from your mods folder before launching the game again.
