How to fix it

  1. Update Iris Shaders (along with Sodium) to the latest release for your Minecraft version, as newer Iris builds resolve this pipeline texture lookup.
  2. Update any mods that add custom aura or entity shaders, such as Arcanus, to pick up mod-side rendering fixes for Iris compatibility.
  3. Press your Iris toggle key (default `K`) to test with shaderpacks disabled if modded effects are still rendering in front of blocks and armor.
  4. If you are troubleshooting a game crash rather than a visual glitch, ignore this `[Render thread/WARN]` entry and check the bottom of `latest.log` or your `crash-reports` folder for the actual fatal exception.
