How to fix it

  1. Check the crash report stacktrace right below 'class_761' or 'LevelRenderer' to identify the conflicting rendering mod (most commonly 'blockofsky' / Block of Sky).
  2. Update the conflicting mod (such as Block of Sky) to a newer version that explicitly supports Iris 1.7 or higher.
  3. If no update is available for that mod, either remove it from your 'mods' folder or downgrade Iris and Sodium to Iris 1.6.x and its matching Sodium 0.5.x release.
