Corrupted filesCorrupted Config File (NightConfig ParsingException: Not enough data available)
What the log looks like
com\.electronwill\.nightconfig\.core\.io\.ParsingException: Not enough data available
How to fix it
- Find the line starting with 'ConfigLoadingException: Failed loading config file' near the top of your crash report to see the exact .toml filename that failed.
- Open your Minecraft instance folder (or server directory) and open the 'config' folder, or open 'saves/<world_name>/serverconfig' if the error says 'of type SERVER'.
- Delete the broken .toml file named in the crash report (or move it to your desktop if you want to copy custom values out of it later).
- Launch Minecraft again so the mod or Forge automatically generates a fresh default copy of the file.
- If the game crashes again with the same error on a different .toml file, delete each corrupted file mentioned (or delete the 'defaultconfigs' copy if you are playing a modpack that restores broken defaults).
