How to fix it

  1. Open your Minecraft `mods` folder and check the exact version numbers of Sodium and Farsight (or other view-distance/chunk mods like Bobby).
  2. If you want to keep Sodium 0.5.11, downgrade Farsight to version 4.3 for your Minecraft version.
  3. Alternatively, if you want to keep Farsight 4.4+, update Sodium to version 0.6.0 or newer (note that updating to Sodium 0.6 may also require updating Iris and other Sodium addons).
  4. Restart Minecraft and load into your world or server to confirm the crash is resolved.
