Resource packsIris Shader Properties Error: org.anarres.cpp.InternalException: Bad token
What it looks like in the log
org.anarres.cpp.InternalException: Bad token [#@15,<so>]:"#"
How to fix it
- Update Iris Shaders (or Oculus on Forge) and Sodium to the latest release available for your Minecraft version, as newer releases properly strip '#' comments before preprocessing.
- Update your active shader pack (such as Oceano Shaders) to a newer version, or select a different shader pack in Options > Video Settings > Shader Packs.
- If Minecraft crashes on startup before you can reach the menu, open '.minecraft/config/iris.properties' in a text editor and set 'enableShaders=false' or clear the 'shaderPack=' line.
- If you are editing the shader pack yourself, open 'shaders/shaders.properties' inside the shader zip and remove stray '#' characters on line 15 (or the line number shown after '#' and '@' in the error).
